I was already in a bad mood after waiting days for customer support to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply wasn’t helpful at all. it just made the whole experience more irritating. I wouldn’t use them again.

I ordered a planner from lovetplanners.com because the site said it would arrive in just a few days, but the shipping ended up taking much longer than expected. I kept checking because I actually needed it for the start of the week, so the delay was frustrating.

The tracking barely changed the whole time. It would sit on the same vague update for days, so I had no real idea if the package had even moved. I emailed them about it, but the reply I got was very basic and didn’t really tell me anything useful.
The planner did finally show up, and it was fine, but by that point I didn’t really need it anymore. A planner arriving late kind of defeats the purpose, especially when you’re trying to get organized. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I was hoping to feel excited about this planner, especially for what it costs, but it just didn’t really do it for me. It looks fine enough, but once I started using it, it felt basic and kind of underwhelming. Maybe I was just expecting more, but I don’t feel like the value is there. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I really liked the way this planner looked when I first got it, and it would probably be fine if you only use it once in a while. But for daily use, it didn’t hold up too well for me. After a few weeks, some of the pages started coming loose, which was disappointing.
